This notice applies to information submitted through this website. We collect only what we need to respond, deliver requested services, operate securely, and meet legal obligations.
What our forms collect
When you submit the review request or contact form, we collect the information you type in: your name, business name, email, phone number, and your answers about your business and project. We may also record referral data, consent timestamp and wording version, and limited technical evidence needed to demonstrate consent and prevent abuse.
Why we collect it and how it’s used
We use this information for one purpose: reviewing your request and contacting you about it, using the contact method you chose. We do not sell personal information. Our database, hosting, email/CRM, and payment providers process data only to provide their services. Stripe handles payment-card details; this site stores no card numbers.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and in managed storage, restricted by role and multi-factor authentication, and covered by audit logging. We normally delete open lead and inquiry information after 24 months, closed or unsuccessful leads after 12 months, and short-lived abuse controls after one day, unless law or a documented dispute requires longer.
Consent
Contact, AI-assisted call, and text-message permissions are collected separately. Optional permissions are not preselected. You may withdraw consent at any time; reply STOP to texts to opt out of SMS.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal through the contact form. We verify that the request belongs to you before acting. Some records may be retained when legally required.
